Ikarus invites the world's best chefs

Elite chefs from around the world cross path in Restaurant Ikarus at the Salzburg Airport. This year saw another twelve trailblazing guest chefs - whether from Lima, Oslo or Baiersbronn, their menus are snapshots of a world bubbling with creativity. The enticing flavors range from perfectly developed compositions from the master chefs to exciting creations from the younger, wilder three - star chefs. In Restaurant Ikarus, the team under executive chef Martin Klein and Patron Eckart Witzigmann strives for perfection - they ensure that each plate leaves the kitchen in exactly the same way it would in the guest chefs' own restaurants. And with the same exactitude, this book lists a selection of the chefs' 60 best dishes.
