Emanuela Fischer wurde in Einsiedeln in der Schweiz geboren und machte eine Ausbildung zur Köchin. Sie sammelte berufliche Erfahrung bei internationalen Haubenköchen und entdeckte dabei ihre persönliche Leidenschaft für Regionalität und Saisonalität. Ihr Grundsatz beim Kochen: "Weniger ist mehr!" Heute kreiert sie als Küchenchefin von VIVAMAYR in Maria Wörth individuelle und innovative Rezepte für die moderne F.X. Mayr-Küche. Sie gibt ihr vielfältiges Wissen über balanciertes Essen in Kochkursen weiter.
