Florian Weitzer: Florian Weitzer manages a number of hotels in Austria, including the Grand Ferdinand with its legendary Meissl & Schadn restaurant in Vienna. In 2020, the Falstaff restaurant guide declared him Restaurateur of the Year. Severin Corti: Severin Corti is a journalist and restaurant critic. He was a cook and has for twenty years been writing about eating and drinking for German-language newspapers and magazines. Meissl & Schadn
